Anyway a long chat with Robert resulted in me fixing it and also deciding to treat myself to a new Tag F1 Red Bull special edition. The new watch has a slightly wider strap than my Aquaracer and the face is a bit larger too. It is a very attractive watch and after about 4 weeks it arrived within 24 hours of Robert receiving it. The price was much lower than my local shop and payment was made easily via the website, initially a deposit then the balance. I would not hesitate to recommend Robert as he takes time with his customers and makes sure he puts his many years of knowledge to good use.
