Wouldn’t buy my watches from anywhere else now. Rob genuinely is very helpful, gives a fair price and cares. That goes a long way to knowing not only are you getting a great product but more importantly ITS GENUINE!!

Sceptical? You shouldn't be.

I could write excellent service and great quality product but that would not be doing this whole experience enough justice.

Like me I am sure you did the usual google search and came across KCWatches.co.uk. After doing a double take at the sites listed price for the watch, over £500 lower than the MRP, I have to admit I was sceptical. All I can say is that I shouldn't have been. The service and communication right from the start of the purchase and well after the watches delivery has been exemplary and a real credit to Roberts undoubted hard work.

The watch arrived right on time and exactly when Robert said it would. Yes the delivery time quoted is slightly longer than some companies quote and I am sure Robert will only be too happy to explain the whole process to you. The watch arrived with all paperwork and warranty card you would expect. I only wish all purchase were this simple and pleasurable to make as this was. Thank you again Robert.
