KCWatches is the Internet Marketing Service of R.P.A. Lincolnshire Limited, a company with more than Twenty years experience in the watch trade. We strongly believe that the future of marketing will be dominated by well established Internet Companies as they will be able to offer products at substantially lower prices by eliminating the high costs involved with traditional High Street outlets. Our aim is to pass on these substantial savings on to our customers.
As we value customer confidence in this challenging environment, we will always endeavour to be honest in our dealings. We prefer customers to call or email us initially to establish the delivery timeline especially if they require a watch by a specific date. We will try to give you a reasonable estimated date which can then be accepted or if the given date is not acceptable, declined. For orders placed online, we will contact the customer within further 24 - 72 hours to confirm receipt and an estimated date of delivery. If this date is not acceptable, then we will arrange for a refund with 24 hours of confirmed receipt of payment.
Our trading name is KCWatches, the Internet Marketing Service of R.P.A. Lincolnshire Limited, registration number 3837918, incorporated in England and Wales. R.P.A.Lincolnshire Limited have been trading since 1999.
Our website, it's contents, terms, conditions and contracts will be governed and dealt with in accordance with English Law.
We are not authorised dealers for any of the manufacturers listed on our website.
www.kcwatches.co.uk is operated by RPA Lincolnshire Limited which is the Data Controller for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998.
We only store necessary information required to complete the purchase. All financial transactions are handled by SAGE PAY (UK) Limited and is a fully approved Level 1 payment services provider, which is the highest level of compliance. All transaction information is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates and all messages sent from Sage Pay to customer servers are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering.
We do not store personal and financial information provide to us in the payment process nor do we share such information with third parties.
KCWATCHES WILL NOT SELL OR TRADE ANY CUSTOMER DETAILS TO THIRD PARTIES FOR MARKETING PURPOSES.
Placing an order.
This can be done either by telephone or via our website.
Automated receipt of order does not constitute acceptance.
Order confirmation will follow as soon as possible.
We accept payment by: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Solo, and Maestro. Payment by cheques will be accepted but orders only despatched after the receipt of cleared funds. CHAPS transfers will be accepted. For overseas orders, payment by bank transfer will be accepted.
- We fully understand the concern of customers when making such a major purchase and requiring a substantial payment to be made to an unknown entity! Therefore, we have included a facility where a nominal deposit is taken and the balance only required just before delivery.
- Debit card - no charge. The watch must be dispatched to the billing address of the card
- Visa & Mastercard: 1.00%. The watch must be dispatched to the billing address of the card.
As all watches are brand new, they come with a FULL manufacturers 2 year International Warranty and is valid with any of it's authorised dealerships in the world.
Delivery to any U.K. location is free. For deliveries outside the U.K. costs will vary according to weight and destination. All deliveries are insured.
U.K.orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Next Day Delivery service.
Once a watch is signed for by anyone at the delivery address, responsibility passes over to you. If the package is damaged or tampered with in anyway, the packag should be signed for "as damaged" and both Royal Mail and KCWatches informed immediately. In the event that the goods cannot be delivered within the allocated time frame, it will be returned to us. Re-delivery will be charged at £ 10.00.
Watches can be returned within 14 working days of receipt for a full refund provided the strap/bracelet is "unopened", all manuals, other documents accompanying the watch, are returned along with the box undamaged in any way. These transactions are governed by the Consumer Contract Regulations of June 2014.
Where a purchase is classified as a "special purchase", we will withold 50% of the payment until we are able to re-sell the item when it will be refunded.
In the unlikely event that the watch develops a fault after 14 days, this will fall outside of the refund & exchange policy and a repair under warranty will be necessary
SHIPMENTS TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
For customers ordering from outside the E.U.countries, U.K. V.A.T. of 20.0% will be deducted from the advertised prices. The customer will be responsible for all import duties and local taxes.
All of our prices are inclusive of VAT, insurance and delivery.
PRICE ERRORS OR PRICE INCREASE BY THE MANUFACTURES
We cannot be held responsible or be obliged to supply any watch on our website that has a pricing matching error. Any increase made by the Manufactures will be passed on to the Customer If it exceeds £50.
